Affiliate program
Erianux tools are sold on one-time lifetime licences. You earn 20% to 30% of what the buyer pays, on any product in the catalogue, with a 60-day attribution window and monthly payouts.
Commission
Your rate is set by the number of sales you have referred since approval. The count never resets, and a tier you reach is yours permanently.
Rates are whole-tier, not marginal: when your count crosses a threshold, every sale from that point pays at the new rate. 30% is the published ceiling.
Commission is calculated on what the buyer actually paid, after any discount, including the discount your own code applies, and before tax. You earn on any Erianux product bought through your link or code, whatever the buyer chooses.
Every six months we check in: how it is going, whether your tier has moved, and whether anything needs adjusting on our side. It is a support conversation. Your rate is not under review at it, and nothing you have earned is at risk.
Attribution
A sale is yours when the buyer completes their purchase within 60 days of clicking your link or entering your code, and yours is the last Erianux link or code they used.
One partner per sale; attribution is never split. Where link tracking is inconclusive, the code entered at checkout decides. A sale with no code and no tracked link inside the window is a house sale.
A code cannot be cleared, blocked or lost when someone switches devices. If your audience uses your code, you are credited: cookie settings, ad blockers and phone-to-desktop switches do not matter.
Payouts
Monthly, in US dollars, for sales whose 60-day window has closed, once your tax form is on file.
Balances under $250 roll forward and pay out in the first month the balance reaches $250. Nothing is forfeited by rolling forward.
US partners file a W-9; we issue a 1099-NEC at $600 or more in a calendar year. Partners outside the US file a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E.
Reversals
Sales of Erianux products are final, so ordinary refund clawback does not exist here. A commission is reversed only in five defined cases: a chargeback or disputed payment, a failed or cancelled payment, a refund we issue or the law requires, a fraudulent or self-referred sale, or a mis-attribution.
Section 6 of the Affiliate Program Terms states all five in full. Reversed amounts come off your next payout.

Disclosure is required
United States law requires you to disclose that you earn commission, clearly and unmissably, in every video, post, stream, page or email carrying your link or code: in the spoken content and the description of a video, at the top of a written piece, not in a footer or behind a fold.
We enforce this. A missing or buried disclosure is a material breach of the program terms.
You also may not claim, or imply, that an Erianux product produces profits, wins or any trading result. Describe what the tools do. That is what they are bought for, and it is what converts.
Who this suits
- 01 Traders and educators with an audience that trusts what you show them: a channel, a room, a list.
- 02 Media with genuine readership: sites, newsletters and communities covering trading and platforms.
- 03 Not a fit Thin SEO sites, coupon and deal aggregators, anyone bidding on the Erianux name in paid search, and self-referral. A purchase by you, your household, or an entity you control earns nothing and does not count toward your tier.

What do I earn commission on?
Any Erianux product bought through your link or code: the whole catalogue, whatever the buyer chooses.
How are rates set?
By your running referral count: 20% to 500 sales, 25% from 501, 30% from 1,501. The count never resets and a tier you reach is permanent. 30% is the ceiling.
What if a buyer uses my link and someone else's code?
The code entered at checkout decides. Attribution is never split.
When am I paid?
Monthly, for the prior month, once your tax form is on file and the 60-day window on those sales has closed. Balances under $250 roll forward; nothing is forfeited.
Can a commission be reversed?
Only in the five cases in section 6 of the terms: chargeback or dispute, failed or cancelled payment, a refund issued or required, fraud or self-referral, or mis-attribution. Sales are final, so ordinary refund clawback does not apply.
Can I use the Erianux name?
In your promotions, yes, under a limited licence that ends when your participation does. Not in a domain, handle, channel name or email address, and not as a paid-search keyword.
