Erianux LLC is a software company. It is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor or futures commission merchant with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, FINRA or any other regulator, because it conducts none of the activities those registrations cover: it manages no money, executes no trades, holds no customer funds or accounts, and gives no personalised recommendations. Purchasing or using our software creates no advisory, fiduciary or brokerage relationship of any kind.

Our products compute and draw information from the market data your platform delivers to them: levels, zones, profiles, order-flow readings, statistics, patterns. They are analytical instruments, not oracles. In particular:

No tool predicts the future. A level, signal, zone or reading describes what the data has done, on the definitions the settings choose — it is never a promise of what price will do next. Output depends entirely on input. The quality, depth and completeness of your data feed, your platform configuration, your instrument and your settings all change what is drawn; two traders with different feeds can see different output from the same tool, and neither is "wrong". Software has limits. Feeds drop, platforms lag, sessions differ by broker, and no program is free of defects; treat every on-chart figure as something to verify against your platform's own records before acting on it. Where a product's page states operating requirements or limitations, those statements are part of this disclaimer.

We make no representation or warranty that any Erianux product will make you profitable, reduce your losses, improve your win rate or produce any particular trading outcome — and no one is authorised to make such a promise on our behalf. Any statement anywhere that an Erianux tool "produces profits" was not made by us and should be disbelieved. Individual results vary with markets, capital, skill, discipline and luck; most of what determines a trading outcome is not software.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading; because the trades were not executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for market factors such as lack of liquidity. Simulated programs are designed with the benefit of hindsight and rest on historical information. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Any backtest, replay, simulation or study produced with our tools — including any simulated fill, P&L or statistic a tool displays — is generated from inputs you control and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Articles, insights, tours, manuals and videos we publish explain how our tools work and how markets are commonly analysed. They are educational material about software and market structure, not trade recommendations, and they carry every limitation on this page. Examples use illustrative data; any resemblance to a profitable outcome is an illustration of mechanics, not a promise.

Testimonials, if any appear on this site, reflect one person's experience, may not be representative of other customers, and are no guarantee of future performance or success. No testimonial should be read as a claim that a tool produces trading profits.

Independent affiliates and reviewers may publish content about Erianux products under our Affiliate Program Terms, which require clear disclosure of their commission and prohibit earnings claims and advice given in our name. Erianux LLC provides charting indicators, drawing tools and analytical software. We do not execute trades, hold or access customer trading accounts or brokerage statements, provide market data, or give personalised investment advice. We therefore have no basis to believe our customers perform better or worse than traders as a whole on account of any tool or content we provide — and we make no claim either way.
