Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Erianux LLC does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws. This page documents that position in full, so the right is real, not theoretical.
The plain statement
In the preceding twelve months, Erianux LLC has not sold any personal information, has not shared any personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and has not disclosed personal information to any third party for money or anything else of value. We have no advertising partners, no data brokers, and no tracking machinery on the site that could feed either — see Cookies for the structural proof. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under 16, so no question of selling or sharing a minor's data arises.
What we hold, where it comes from, and why
- 01Identifiers you give us An email address if you subscribe to the newsletter or sign in to the members area; a name, email and business details if you apply to the affiliate program or buy a product. Source: you, directly. Purpose: delivering exactly what you asked for — the newsletter, your sign-in, your licence, your commission.
- 02Commercial information What you bought and when, held in our payment processor's records and our own order records. Source: your purchase. Purpose: delivering the product, support, and the tax and fraud obligations every seller carries.
- 03Technical minimum Standard server logs at our host and, on newsletter sign-up, the submitting IP address — an anti-abuse record. Source: your browser. Purpose: running and defending the site. Our analytics is cookieless and aggregate; it identifies no one.
- 04What we never hold Payment card numbers (they go to the processor on its own pages and never touch our systems), trading account data, brokerage records, precise geolocation, biometric data, or any sensitive-category information.
Service providers are not a sale
Like any online business we use processors who handle data for us, under contract, for our purposes only: our payment processor (Stripe) for checkout, our host (Cloudflare) for serving the site and storing our records, and our email provider for delivering the messages you request. Disclosures to service providers under such contracts are expressly not a "sale" or "share" under the CCPA/CPRA, and none of these providers is permitted to use the data for its own advertising or to sell it onward.
Your right to opt out — kept real
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of today. The right still has teeth here, three ways:
First, you may record an opt-out with us at any time and it will be honoured permanently, including against any future change of practice: send a privacy request and choose "Opt out". Second, if our practices ever changed, this page would change first, would say so plainly, and would carry the opt-out control the law requires — and we would honour browser opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control from that day. Third, recorded opt-outs cost nothing and require no account.
No discrimination
Exercising any privacy right — this one, or any on the privacy request page — never changes the price you pay, the products or support you receive, or how we treat you. There is no penalty, no degraded tier, and no charge for asking.
Verification, agents & contact
Opt-out requests are honoured without verification hurdles — the law forbids making them hard, and we have no interest in doing so. You may use an authorised agent; we will confirm the instruction with you directly at the email on record. Questions about this page or our data practices: legal@erianux.com.
